LIVE AND SLEEP^® LIMITED WARRANTY

20 Year Limited Warranty applies to Live and Sleep mattresses.

Your new Live and Sleep^® (LS) mattress is covered by a 20-year limited warranty by LS. Live and Sleep has several mattress products that are constructed with the highest quality materials and workmanship. If your mattress has a defect while under warranty, we will repair or replace it (at our option). Please note: Our 100 Night Sleep Trial and 20 Year Limited Warranty are both voided once the Live and Sleep mattress leaves the United States.

This Warranty covers:

LS warrants your Memory Foam Mattress against defects in workmanship and materials. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam, which can occur during normal break in, or in the case of visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recover aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur, does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress. It is incumbent on the consumer to maintain a proper foundation to provide the appropriate support for the mattress to maintain this warranty. Use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. The warranty will be voided if an improper base (mold created due to placement on floor) is used that causes the mattress to fail. This warranty does not include any deterioration of the foam, with an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform or mattress.

If a defect appears during the duration of this prorated warranty, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the mattress at a handling cost to be paid by the purchaser. This does not include handles as handles are to be used only for adjustment purposes and are not intended to lift, turn or transport the product. The fabric on the mattress is not warranted for defects in material or workmanship. Only the piece or part determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced. This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect; including burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a memory foam mattress, it will void this warranty. It is incumbent on the consumer to protect the mattress with a stain resistant pad.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. The Law Tag must not be removed from this product as this identifies the product regarding warranty and original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. Removal of the Law Tag voids this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Please retain this warranty and your original invoice.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Mattress fabric.
2. A normal increase in softness of the memory foam, body indentations less than 1.5 inch, which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress.
3. Comfort preference.
4. Physical abuse or damage to the structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage & stains, or soiling.
5. Damage from using an improper bed frame, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base.
6. Product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
7. Product sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
8. Does not cover transportation costs.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchased the product directly from Live and Sleep LLC. If you are not the original purchaser of this product, you take it “as-is” and “with all faults.”

LIVE AND SLEEP^® PILLOW LIMITED WARRANTY

Live and Sleep® guarantees the original purchaser that the Live and Sleep® Pillow will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during this 5 Year Limited Prorated Warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein.

This Warranty covers:

• Deterioration in the cell structure of the material that causes the product to not return to it’s original shape.
• Any physical flaw in the material that causes it to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling.

Length of Warranty:

This warranty protects you for five (5) years from the original date of purchase of your Live and Sleep® Pillow.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Increase in softness of the Live and Sleep® Pillow pressure relieving material.
• Decrease in the slow recovery feature.
• Comfort preference.
• Any Live and Sleep® Pillow sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
• Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchased the product directly from Live and Sleep®. If you are not the original purchaser of this product, you take it “as-is” and “with all faults.” All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
